§2 Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Personal data provided via Forms is processed for the following purposes:
- Exhibitor applications — contact, verification, preparation and execution of lease agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Partner applications — contact, presenting offers, preparation and execution of partnership agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Correspondence and inquiries — handling communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics and statistics — improving Website performance (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to process the application.
§3 Data Recipients
Personal data may be shared with trusted service providers, such as IT, hosting, accounting, legal, and marketing companies — only to the extent necessary for the purposes described above.

Data is stored for the time necessary to handle the application and cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by law (e.g. tax regulations).
